Step By Step Instructions

1. Input your FIRSTNAME LASTNAME into the bar at the top right where it says
Your Name: so that we can identify who sent the drawing, then click the blue arrow.

2. Click the grid button in the toolbar to provide helpful gridlines in the background of your sketch. If the grid is hard to see, then you can change the background color to give a better contrast by selecting a contrasting color in the board button.


We think an orange background works pretty well.

3. If you would like to draw straight lines rather than use the default free-hand draw tool then select the straight line tool .

You can change the color and size of the drawing tool using the marker color and size buttons in the toolbar.
         

4. You can insert measurements, such as an angle, using the symbol button in the toolbar .

Once you have selected the symbol button, you will then see the symbol window open on the left. Select the Symbols tab at the top of the window, then in the box type:

[your angle]^\circ

Replacing [your angle] with the desired measurment.

   

Once you have typed in your desired measurement, click the image of the measurement and it should appear on the board within a few seconds. You can drag the image to where you want to place the measurement. Once it is in place, just right click anywhere on the board and the blue border around the image will disappear. We recommend that you change the color of the background back to white and remove the gridlines, when your sketch is complete, to improve visibility.

5. All that's left to do now is send your finished sketch to us. Click the send button located under the file menu on the right.

Then you will be presented with a window asking for an email address and message. In the email field, type infor@rollformingservices.com and then type your message. When you're finished, just click ok and we should recieve your sketch straight away.
